Sextant is provided as a personal training and performance-tracking application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use Sextant only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation of the app or connected services.

No medical advice

Sextant is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Training, recovery, and health decisions remain your responsibility. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Accuracy and availability

The app may rely on third-party data sources such as Apple Health and Oura. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple, Oura, and other connected accounts that you choose to use with Sextant.

Changes

Features, integrations, and these terms may change over time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sextant and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its outputs.
